Mystery Scoop Policy 🎁
All scoops are mystery-based and thoughtfully curated with a mix of items based on your order.
By purchasing, you understand that items are selected at random and may vary.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to a short, optional survey. This survey is designed to help me better understand your preferences and curate your order more intentionally.
The survey may include:
• Items you would love to receive
• Up to 3 items you would prefer to avoid
• A note section to share more about yourself so I can get to know you better 💕
While I do my best to consider all preferences shared, specific items are not guaranteed.
All orders will receive either a photo or video preview prior to shipping. Customers will be asked to review and acknowledge their order before it is shipped.
Due to the nature of mystery items, ALL SCOOP SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted based on personal preference.

Dog Scoop & Product Safety Policy 🐾
Dog scoops are thoughtfully curated based on your pup’s needs, lifestyle, and personality 🐾
After placing your order, you may receive a confirmation email that includes a short, optional survey to help me better understand your dog(s). This may include details such as size, lifestyle, preferences, and more so I can curate your order with care.
While I do my best to consider all preferences shared, specific items are not guaranteed.
Some dog scoops may include treats. All treats will be brand new, unopened, and sealed.
If your dog has any allergies or dietary restrictions, you MUST note this at checkout or request to exclude treats. If no allergy or exclusion is specified, The Little Headband Bar is not responsible for any reactions.
Your pet’s safety is extremely important to us 🐾
All dog items are intended for supervised use only.
• Bandanas should be tied comfortably and not too tight, and should not be left on pets unattended
• Do not leave bandanas or accessories on your pet during playtime or at dog parks
• Always supervise your pet when using toys, mats, bowls, or any accessories
• If any item becomes damaged, remove it immediately
Pets may chew, tear, or ingest materials. The Little Headband Bar is not responsible for any injury, choking, or ingestion of product materials.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that all pet items and treats are used at your own risk and with proper supervision.
Adult supervision is required at all times.

Boutique items are thoughtfully selected pieces, including custom, artesanal handmade bags imported from Mexico, as well as curated fashion finds and limited items sourced locally or from overstock.
Each item is chosen with care and may be limited in quantity.
Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of these items, ALL BOUTIQUE SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
